This AIP Autoimmune Ketogenic Diet follows the principles of an autoimmune paleo diet, free from all grains, legumes, nightshades, nuts and seeds. The meal plan is also ketogenic, with daily net carbs under 25 grams and has been designed to minimize snacking and support an intermittent-fasting approach.
Note that for very corn-hypersensitives, it does contain quite a bit of poultry, which can be corn-fed. Choose eg. grass fed beef instead if needed.
It gives you a good 7 day starter to set you off. It includes a weekly planner for your fridge or phone, a shopping list and all recipes with notes.
