A really lovely spicy and uplifting blend to help keep the bitey things away. Not like the usual awful fake citronella candles that make your eyes water! Can also be used as a moth repellant.
Ingredients:
Coriander seed, citronella, lemongrass, may chang, peppermint & spearmint.
How to Use:
10 drops on a burner inside, more if using them outside. For moths, you can put a few drops on something wooden or ceramic and keep in the wardrobe - might make your clothes smell of it so be careful if you don't want that. Pop a drop on a sola wood flower near your bed or seat to keep the little blighters at bay. You could also put a drop on a tissue and keep it with you when out and about. Or, make your own candle: light a candle and wait until the wax has melted at the top. Blow it out and then add 6-8 drops of your blend. Let it harden and next time you light the candle, hey presto: a bespoke aromatherapy mossie candle! Repeat as needed.
See How To Use guidelines here. Note this oil should not be used on the skin - it's for vapourising only as too strong for skin.
Tip: I have found that putting a drop of proper geranium essential oil on the soles of your feet will keep insects at bay really well. The oil goes right through your blood stream and they won't land on you! Useful, huh?
