MINI ECONSULT

You can use this if you need a quick consultation by email that is more than an Ask Micki. Again, send me an email with what you need me to think about - if I think it might take two or more, I will say so. Generally, after 30 years or so, unless you need a full Case Review, I can sort stuff out/advise pretty quickly.

TEST REPORT/ANALYSIS

This is if you have had a test done and you need me to analyse the results and tell you what they mean/suggest what to do about them. Available for people who have booked tests through me or elsewhere. Max 3 tests or one large one eg. FDX, Metabolomix, DUTCH, OAT, GI360, Wellness 360 etc. Don't worry if you're not sure, I'll advise if I think I need more time. Just book, send me the results you want me to review (micki@purehealthclinic.co.uk) and a brief paragraph on why you were testing so I have some context. I will email you any questions/the report and my suggestions when ready with links to tests, products etc as necessary. Give me a few days on this one.

I am honestly so grateful to you, Micki, for being so clear and user friendly, if I can put it that way? I don’t have a background in any of this, so it can be very difficult to digest this information. Thank you for making it more manageable.

ONE-OFF CASE REVIEW

This is if you need someone to have a really good think and look through your case. You might have stalled, not know what to do next, where to prioritise etc, and that's what this is for. I will send you some forms to complete and get you to send me any test results (from the last year or so), GP letters, a case history etc etc and then schedule time so I can go through it all with my thinking cap on. I will lead you through it, don't worry. Just book and I'll email you with how to start.

Once I've done the review, I will send you a written report with my thoughts and specific recommendations, resources, suggested tests or whatever I think might help move you forward the most. After a long time in clinical work, I am good at seeing the big picture and finding missing jigsaw pieces - I'm known for thinking outside the box a bit, so if that's what you need, book a Case Review and we'll have a think together. You can then work on the info yourself or with your chosen health practitioners.

SUPPORT TIME

Sometimes, you need some help between appointments. I totally get that. I don't mind a couple of questions after a consultation or report, of course, but please use this after that. I basically count down the time we use, so after an email, I'll say eg: 46 mins remaining. Once we get to zero, I'll let you know and you can book more if you need it.
