TEST REPORT

I have run a functional medicine lab testing service for almost two decades now, so I have a LOT of experience. If you need me to look at your results and give you my thoughts and recommendations, book one of these. One per test, please. Book two if you have one big one eg. FDX, Metabolomix, DUTCH, OAT, GI360. Don't worry if you're not sure, I'll ask for more time if I think I'll need it. Just book, send me the results you want me to review (micki@purehealthclinic.co.uk) and a brief paragraph on why you were testing so I have some context. I will email you any questions/the report and my suggestions when ready with links to tests, products etc as necessary. Give me a few days. I don't mind a couple of questions after a report, but please use Ask Mickis after that.

CASE REVIEW

This is where I take a good, hard look at your case. This is great as a second opinion, if you have plateaued, are lost with it all or just not sure where to start with what's going on. I will send you some forms to complete and ask you to send me a time line, recent significant test results, doctor letters etc so I can get a handle on what's going on, what's helped, what hasn't etc. I will then send you a report detailing my thoughts and give specific advice on what kind of tests might be useful and protocol/referral suggestions as needed. This is your chance to use my 30+ years' experience in natural/functional/naturopathic medicine to help move yourself closer to getting well. My forte after all this time as an advanced functional medicine/naturopathic practitioner is looking at the big picture and guiding people forward; I will often see things in a different way - I'm known for looking outside the box a bit! You can use this yourself or work with your chosen health practitioners. Give me a week or two on this one; it depends how busy I am with clinic work.

You can also book 60 minutes of support time, where I count down at the end of each email the amount of time we have left - this helps if you want to ask questions as and when you need to.

Why Email?

Email consults are cheaper to administer and enable me to keep my prices as low as possible. After 30+ years' experience in natural medicine, I could be charging a fortune, but it's important to me that people can afford help from private consultants like me when they need it.

I find email often the best way to deal with cases, actually, because we both have a written record of what's been said to refer back to - I help a lot of people with brain fog - it ensures better understanding and compliance, you don't have to take time off to attend anything and, importantly, many of my hypersensitivity patients are best in their own controlled environments and may be too poorly on a specified time for their appointments; it's stressful trying to keep well for them. I know, I am a chronic MCAS case myself, and my wish is that I can prevent you from getting that far down the hypersensitivity rabbit hole! Plus, email means I can send you links to any resources more easily.
