This is a simply stunning face or body oil. My absolute favourite from over the years. I use it as a kind of face serum, but it can be used anywhere skin needs a bit of proper TLC. It's fabulous - nothing like serums that usually don't have enough therapeutic value to do any actual good. All marketing hype. Don't get me started...
It's actually called Tissue Repair Oil, because it was originally made to help scars, irritated, wrinkled or sun-damaged skin. But it is chock-full of antioxidants and will help any skin needing cellular renewal and regeneration. I'd say particularly fab for skin over 50, if yours is sensitive in some way, if it gets a lot of sun, feels taut and itchy, or you want an effective anti-ageing/wrinkly strategy at any age.
Use twice a day after a bath or shower or whenever it is needed, especially if your skin feels tight, irritated or itchy. You could add a few drops to your normal moisturiser for a boost of anti-ageing goodness if you don't want to use it as an oil.
It is made of six different organic oils but does not feel oily on your skin. I use 10-15 drops in the palm of my hand and then massage it onto my face gently. It comes with a dropper insert, so nice and easy to control - not wasted oil flinging out everywhere! But it is also fantastic for any skin that needs healing, like wounds (once they've closed up), scars, stretchmarks, after giving birth etc.
Comes in a beautiful blue glass etched bottle, looks gorgeous in your bedroom or bathroom.
Ingredients
Fragrance free. *Rosa canina (rosehip), borago officinalis (borage), argana spinosa (argan), camelia sinensis (camelia), punica granatum (pomegranate), hippophae rhamnoides (sea-buckthorn) *

More info
Argan is very softening and nourishing. It is a free-radical scavenger (so anti-ageing) and is rich in Vitamin E. It combines well with the Rosehip which can help reduce scarring and discolouration.
Pomegranate and sea buckthorn work at a deep level to help rejuvenate damaged tissue and improve skin elasticity. Sea buckthorn is fantastic and very high in Omega 9 essential fatty acid. Very nourishing.
Borage has a high GLA essential fatty acid Omega 6 content, and can help re-hydrate and regenerate the tissues. Particularly good for eczema, I find.
