Here are some bits and bobs I thought might be useful for you.

Please note that some links will no doubt be broken - I could spend my life updating them, sorry. Also, some will link to the test service which is not running now I am retired - it became wild to keep up with! But the info and gist/protocols etc are all still there for you, I promise. If you want to keep up to date with my almost daily writing, tips etc, follow me here.

Note my books are in ebook format. Meantime, you can convert onto Kindle if that is easier to read for you (see here how) or many people print them off. Printed versions usually cost more so ebooks are a bid to keep things affordable for you.
