Hello there. I'm so glad you found me! After 30-odd years in medicine running Purehealth Clinic, I decided it was time to let the casework and test side of the business go (Jan 26).

You'll still find all my ebooks and factsheets here, full of fab info to help you. I'll be writing some more and gradually keeping the existing ones up to date. I've kept the clinic site up too as it has over 2000 blog posts and 70+ free factsheets for you. Plus I write a regular newsletter here.

With more time on my hands - and not being the retiring type as it turns out - I fancied slowly building a kind of 'what really worked' one-stop shop for you, so that's what you'll find here.
