Hello there. I'm so glad you found me! After 30-odd years in medicine running Purehealth Clinic, I decided it was time to let the clinic and test side of the business go (Jan 26). You'll still find all my ebooks and factsheets here, full of fab info to help you. I'll be writing some more and gradually keeping the existing ones up to date. I've kept the clinic site up too as it has over 2000 blog posts and 70+ free factsheets for you. Plus I write a regular newsletter here.

With more time on my hands - and not being the retiring type - I started looking for a new, happy venture in my life. I used to love running our clinic dispensary, choosing fabulous things to recommend for you. I didn't want to concentrate just on medicine, so I set off to find beautiful, happy-making gorgeous things that make me smile - and I hope they do you too. The biggest effect on our overall wellbeing and mental health is our day to day environment. So that's where I'm concentrating for now.

I try to find long-lasting eco-friendly things and it's important to me that I'm not selling stuff with toxic chemicals in or that smell awful! If you want a Yankee candle, I am definitely not your gal! However, if you fancy wellbeing things for you, your home or to gift in the form of gorgeous homeware, effective teas, tisanes, oils, skincare and whatever else I find, I'm definitely your gal.

I hope you find something that you gift yourself or someone else you love. Because we could all do with a bit more love in this currently crazy world!
