All downloads are free to ship, of course, as you'll get them straight to your inbox!

Standard shipping is £2.95 if you're in no rush and I've tried to keep costs down for you. I absorb as much as I can of the actual cost - which is, quite frankly, shocking nowadays. All those offering free shipping are adding it to the cost of the items. I didn't want to do that. This can take up to a week, probably quicker.

Alternatively, you can opt for Faster shipping for £4.95 when I then use the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service. Obviously, this should get to you within 48 hours, but do allow plenty of time just in case; I am not in charge of the posties!

If you have forgotten it's Aunty Madge's birthday and need something a bit urgent-like, use the Next Day Shipping, which costs a bit more but might be worth not getting your ears boxed for (that's a very old fashioned phrase, isn't it, sorry!) NB: To guarantee delivery the following day, please place your before 1pm. Orders placed on a Friday (after 1pm), Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, highland and islands or rural postcodes, may take longer than 2 working days.

All items are packaged as eco-friendly as I can - Kraft paper and cardboard, tissue paper, eco printing inks, paper tape etc. The only plastic used is sometimes tiny bubble bags as the UK posting law states essential oils have to be sealed in waterproof bags now. Madness. Or sometimes I'll need to use a mailing bag, but I've chosen ones with an additive that makes them break down within a year. #doingmybest
