Returns

I doubt you'll ever need to return anything, it's pretty rare. I pride myself on superb choices, sturdy packaging and fab customer service. BUT, if you do have a problem, just email me and we'll sort it out.

If you are ever returning anything, you'll need to send it back within 14 days, unused and in the correct packaging etc - with proof of posting in case it gets lost! I'd love to say I can afford to cover your return postage costs, but since they're now so flipping high, I can't, unless it was my error, of course! As I say, thankfully, it hardly ever happens, so yay :)

Digital products like ebooks are usually sold on the basis that once downloaded, they are non-returnable. However, if you genuinely have an issue (thankfully, this too is very rare!), then do email me and we will sort it out.
