
Returns
We're sure that you'll be really pleased with your purchases and get very few returns, which is nice.
If you change your mind about a test or whatever, it's easiest to email and I will help sort you out. You will normally need to return the test kit to the lab, or dispose of it carefully. Returns for test kits no later than one year. Once labs have received samples and returned your results, tests cannot be refunded.
Also note that Stripe charge me a fee for processing your payment and don't refund that to me when I refund you, so I will take that off your refund amount so I don't lose out.
Here's the legal bit:
If you wish to return anything you may do so within 14 days for a full refund, providing that the product has not been opened or otherwise used. Digital products nowadays are usually sold on the basis that once downloaded, they are non-returnable. However, if you genuinely have an issue (thankfully, this is very rare!), then do email me and we will sort it out.
Unused lab tests cannot be refunded after 12 months or once samples have been received and results given. Note that some labs may charge a restocking, cancellation or postage fee for return of tests. Not often, but it does happen. Similarly, if I have spent a significant amount of time sorting something for you, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee too.
Please obtain a proof of postage for all returns.
