I've put all the TGF version of the ebooks and plans in one place for you here.

If you are following the TGF or Gluten Plans, you need specific grain and dairy free protocols and diets; these are really not easy to find, and that's why I have done some for you.

Please note that some links will no doubt be broken - I could spend my life updating them, sorry. Also, some will link to the test service which is not running now I am retired - it became wild to keep up with! But the info and gist/protocols etc are all still there for you, I promise. If you want to keep up to date with my almost daily writing, tips etc, follow me here.

Note my books are in ebook format. Meantime, you can convert onto Kindle if that is easier to read for you (see here how) or many people print them off. Printed versions usually cost more so ebooks are a bid to keep things affordable for you.
